The VIBRACOOL cooler helps to cool, separate and dry the hot preforms coming out of the PREFORMER CONTINUOUSLY.

The design allows hot preforms to be transported out of the Preformer by vibrating action while they are separated and cooled.

This allows storage without the risk of sticking to each other.

Rapid cooling by air and/or water and/or release solution helps preforms maintain their dimensional stability.

We offer three types of Vibracool:

• Curved Vibracool – designed for most applications.

• Flat Vibracool – the most used only by air.

• Immersion tank type Vibracool – for large preforms, such as shoe sole preforms.
